Our stay had its ups and downs. The outdoor amenities were fantastic, with a large pool and lazy river making for great family fun. However, our room was a letdown with a musty smell and issues with sanitation that made us uncomfortable. The service was responsive, but we did have some hiccups with room access due to payment issues. Overall, a mixed experience but the amenities kept our spirits high despite the room troubles.
